Despite an estimated value of 100-150 euros, the hammer fell at an impressive 4,032 euros, equivalent to about 30,000 Danish kroner, for a Karl Kokeshi doll from the Danish company Lucie Kaas, which had been in Karl Lagerfeld's possession since 2016.
