Shipment and returning of goods

 

All goods will be sent by parcel post, which allows you to track the package. The goods are insured in transit and you are requested to check the contents of the package on delivery. If the package and/or contents are damaged upon receipt, the customer must notify Lucie Kaas Aps immediately, or not later than seven days after receipt, and return the goods to us.

All goods, which are being returned to Lucie Kaas Aps must be sent by parcel post with a tracking number in the original delivery packaging. Lucie Kaas Aps will not be liable for goods damaged in transit.

 

Customs and VAT

 

If the customer orders from a country within the European Union, the prices include VAT and no customs duty will be added in accordance with the rules governing free movement of goods with the European Union.

 

If the customer orders from a country outside the European Union, packages will be shipped DDU and customs duty and other costs will be payable by the person receiving the goods.

 

Sales offerings are subject to price rises, VAT changes, movements of exchange rates, sold out/out-of-stock items and typing errors.

For UK orders, VAT & Duties are included. orders are shipped DDP.

 

Freight & Delivery

We will process your order within 24 hours of the next working day in Denmark. Our delivery times are as follows:

 

Denmark: 1-3 business days

 

EU (except Denmark): 3-7 business days

 

Rest of Europe:  3-7 business days

 

Rest of World: 5-10 days

 

All customers paying by credit card are subject to validation controls which may delay delivery. In addition to this, Lucie Kaas Aps cannot be held liable for delays caused by freight forwarders.

 

Freight costs are calculated based on destination. Standard freight costs & carriers are as follows*:
