Refunds

luciekaas.com & luciekaas.dk grants full right of cancellation for a period of 14 days from the day after the customer receives the goods.

 

After you have received your order you may carefully examine and try the items within the period of 14 days but only in a manner as you would if you examined the products in a store at an offline reseller. Should the items be deemed un-sellable due to usage that is in excess of what is considered normal in order to examine them, you will be held liable for the decrease in value.

 

The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and with the original invoice. Shipment costs for the return of a product are non-refundable and goods that are returned without prepaid shipment will be refused by shop.luciekaas.com.

 

As soon as we have received and approved the cancelled goods, the refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification.

 

If the customer wishes to exchange a product, the same procedure as cancellation is valid. The customer must attach a note that states which product the customer wishes instead. All costs in connection with the return of goods will be paid by the customer.

Complaints The Lucie Kaas shop operates under the Danish Sales of Goods Act and the guidelines issued by the National Consumer Agency. The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regulate complaints. This means that the customer has 24 months notice on faults and defects on a product. However, this does not apply to errors, damage or wear and tear due to improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
