The General Terms and Conditions of this site apply solely to private customers. It is not possible to enter VAT/CVR numbers when trading on this site. If you would like to shop on behalf of a registered business, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
All prices displayed on shop.luciekaas.com are indicated in EUR or DKK and are inclusive of 25% Danish VAT.
Orders for countries outside of the EU may be subject to extra VAT, import duties and/or taxes which are added once your order reaches your country. Lucie Kaas Aps ships according to the Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid. Any additional charges must be paid locally in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local authorities for more information. Please also note that if goods are returned due to unpaid customs, the cost of returning to our warehouse will be deducted from any refundable amount.
Freight prices are added on top of total order amount. Please see below regarding freight.
Lucie Kaas cannot guarantee that the content of the website is free from errors or mistakes. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that all product information is up to date, including product availability.
If you have ordered a product which is sold out, we will contact you regarding our inability to send.
Lucie Kaas Aps will forward the confirmation of an order after the order is submitted. No binding purchase agreement between the customer and Lucie Kaas Aps has been made until the customer has received an order confirmation from luciekaas.com
The Lucie Kaas Shop accepts the following credit cards: VisaDankort, eDankort, Mastercard and VISA.
You will not be charged until the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
www.luciekaas.com & www.luciekaas.dk are fully secure as all communication between our payment system and the credit card holder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only PBS (Danish Payments Systems) will have access to your data. Neither www.luciekaas.com & www.luciekaas.dk nor any third parties will be able to see the data being exchanged in connection with the purchase. www.luciekaas.com & www.luciekaas.dk will keep the personal contact information strictly confidential, and we guarantee that none of it will be disclosed to third parties.
All goods will be sent by parcel post, which allows you to track the package. The goods are insured in transit and you are requested to check the contents of the package on delivery. If the package and/or contents are damaged upon receipt, the customer must notify shop.luciekaas.com immediately, or not later than seven days after receipt, and return the goods to us.
All goods, which are being returned to Lucie Kaas Aps must be sent by parcel post with a tracking number in the original delivery packaging. Lucie Kaas Aps will not be liable for goods damaged in transit.
If the customer orders from a country within the European Union, the prices include Danish VAT and no customs duty will be added in accordance with the rules governing free movement of goods with the European Union.
If the customer order from a country outside the European Union, packages will be shipped DDU and customs duty and other costs will be payable by the person receiving the goods.
Sales offerings are subject to price rises, VAT changes, movements of exchange rates, sold out/out-of-stock items and typing errors.
We will process your order within 24 hours of the next working day in Denmark.

luciekaas.com and luciekaas.dk grants full right of cancellation for a period of 14 days from the day after the customer receives the goods.
After you have received your order you may carefully examine and try the items within the period of 14 days but only in a manner as you would if you examined the products in a store at an offline reseller. Should the items be deemed un-sellable due to usage that is in excess of what is considered normal in order to examine them, you will be held liable for the decrease in value.
The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and with the original invoice. Shipment costs for the return of a product are non-refundable and goods that are returned without prepaid shipment will be refused by shop.luciekaas.com.
As soon as we have received and approved the cancelled goods, the refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification.
If the customer wishes to exchange a product, the same procedure as cancellation is valid. The customer must attach a note that states which product the customer wishes instead. All costs in connection with the return of goods will be paid by the customer.

The Lucie Kaas shop operates under the Danish Sales of Goods Act and the guidelines issued by the National Consumer Agency. The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regulate complaints. This means that the customer has 24 months notice on faults and defects on a product. However, this does not apply to errors, damage or wear and tear due to improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
