Introduction
Information on how to enter this promotion and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry ("Terms"). By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.        Promoter
The promoter is Lucie Kaas ApS, Gørtlervej 2 st. tv., 2400 København NV, Denmark ("Promoter").

2.        Promotion Period
The promotion begins on 14/12/2025 at 18:00 EST and ends on 20/12/2025 at 23:59 EST ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside this period will be deemed invalid.

3.        Eligibility

·       This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over worldwide, except in territories where this type of contest is prohibited by law ("Eligible Entrants").

·       Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4.        Prize

·       The contest comprises one (1) prize to be awarded to one (1) winner:

·       2 x Lucie Kaas Stranger Things Kokeshi Dolls (valued at €118 – €59 each ).

·       6 x Stranger Things Posters from Displate (Valued at €299,94 - €49,99 each)

·       The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other items.

·       The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect details provided by the winner.

5.        How to Enter

·       Entry to this contest is completely free of charge, and no purchase is required to participate.

·       To participate, entrants must:

1.                          Like the contest post on Instagram or Facebook.

2.                          Follow the Meta Handles @Displate & @Luciekaas

3.                          Comment on the post based on the instructions provided in the post caption posted 14/12/2025: “Which friendship in the show is your favorite and why? “

·       Each entrant may submit only one entry.

6.        Winner Selection

·       The winner will be selected randomly using [random number generator/software] under supervision.

·       The process will be documented to ensure transparency.

7.        Notification of Winner

·       The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered (Instagram or Facebook) within five (5) business days of the contest closing.

·       If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8.        Liability and Data Protection

·       This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants agree to release Facebook and Instagram from all liability related to this contest.

·       This contest is organized and managed solely by the promoter Lucie Kaas Aps. While Displate  may collaborate on promoting the contest, they are not responsible for any aspect of contest administration, fulfillment, or management, including winner selection, prize delivery, or adherence to local regulations. By participating, entrants acknowledge that all inquiries or issues related to the contest should be directed exclusively to Lucie Kaas ApS.

·       Lucie Kaas ApS confirms that none of Netflix CPX, LLC, Netflix CPX International, B.V., nor any company in the Netflix group (collectively “Netflix”) sponsor, endorse or manage, in any way, this Giveaway, nor are they associated with it.
