Refunds

Where required by local regulations, including within the EU, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days from the day after they receive the goods. For customers outside such jurisdictions, returns received within the same period will be eligible for store credit only.

During this 14-day period, you may handle and inspect the goods only as you would in a physical shop. If the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, you may be held liable for any reduction in value.

Returned goods must be sent back in their original, undamaged packaging, together with the original invoice. Shipping costs for both delivery and return will be deducted from the refund or store credit. Goods returned without prepaid shipment will be refused by shop.luciekaas.com.

Refunds, where applicable under local regulations or within the EU, will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt and approval of the returned goods. For returns from the rest of the world, store credit will be issued within the same timeframe.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.

Complaints The Lucie Kaas shop operates under the Danish Sales of Goods Act and the guidelines issued by the National Consumer Agency. The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regulate complaints. This means that the customer has 24 months notice on faults and defects on a product. However, this does not apply to errors, damage or wear and tear due to improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
